Phillip Yerro Kimpo Jr. is the current President of Linangan sa Imahen, Retorika, at Anyo (LIRA), the Filipino poetry group founded by Rio Alma. A Fellow in the 9th UST National Writers’ Workshop, 2007 LIRA Poetry Workshop, and the upcoming 48th Dumaguete National Writers Workshop and 9th IYAS Creative Writing Workshop, his prose and poetry in English and Filipino have appeared in Likhaan 2008 (UP Centennial Edition), The Philippine Star, UP Literary Apprentice Lite, and Bulawan Online, among others.
