Jose Claudio B. Guerrero teaches English and Creative Writing in UP Diliman. He holds a BA in English Studies (Creative Writing) from UP Diliman and is currently finishing his MA in Creative Writing in the same university. He was a fellow at the UP National Writers Workshop in Baguio City in 1997. He co-wrote Ilocos Norte Travel Guidebook, which won the 2004 National Book Award for Travel. His essay, Talking to a Fu Dog on a Wedding Afternoon, won First Prize in the 2008 Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature. He writes sudden fiction, short stories, and essays.
