Carlomar Arcangel Daoana

Carlomar Arcangel is the author of the poetry collection, Marginal Bliss, published by the Unversity of the Philippines Press in 2002. He served as a junior associate for poetry at the Center for Creative Writing and Studies at the University of Santo Tomas where he panneled its workshops and edited its literary journal, Tomas. He has attended the major workshops in the country: The National Writers Workshop in Dumaguete, The Iligan Writers Workshop and the UP National Writers Workshop. In 2003, he was the first grand prize winner of the Meritage Press Poetry Contest, based in San Francisco, US. His second collection of poems is forthcoming.
